How do I login/logout:

You can login and logout with the navigation menu item (on the far right of the nav bar), or in the sidebar where it says “Login & Members Area” (above the Shopping Cart).

What and where is “My Account”?

The “My Account” page is where you can view your subscription level (Basic or Plus) and update your personal information, including your username and password. You must login first before you will see the “My Account” link appear in the sidebar.

Do you store my credit card information on your servers?

No, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed by a professional and secure billing service.

How do I get my membership discount in the online store?

You have to be logged in to find the discount code. You will find the discount code on the SHOPPING CART page anytime you are logged in. Please copy and paste (or type in) the code and click on APPLY COUPON and the discount will be immediately applied to your cart.

How often do you update the site?

The site is essentially updated weekly. Khutbahs and other member-specific materials are updated as often as recordings are made and material is made available (usually every 1 – 3 weeks).

What is the refund policy for the Online Store?

We do not offer refunds at this point in time. All orders are final. Please consider your order carefully before finalizing it.

What do I do if I have a problem with my Online Store order?

Please use the “Contact” form on this website (found here) and select the option for “Order Support” within the form.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my Membership level?

Please contact us at payments@reflectonthis.com with the following information:

1. Subject line “Membership Level”
2. Account email address/username

Please allow up to 72 hours to process your request.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Although we will be sad to see you go, there are two ways you can cancel your recurring Membership billing:

  • Login to your account and click on “My Account” in the righthand sidebar. Then click on the “Cancel Subscription” link at the top of the page.
  • Or you can email us at payments@reflectonthis.com with the following information:

    1. Subject line “Cancellation Request”
    2. Account email address/username
    3. Account password
