Sometimes breaks are good. It’s a time for us to reassess our lives, find our center, reach our inner core, and learn new things about ourselves and the world around us. At every moment in our lives there is always an opportunity for a new beginning. Just close your eyes, breathe deeply, and reflect inwardly. Then, open your eyes, now with clearer vision, and take that first step. It will get better as the days go by. Just take that step!
And that is exactly what we did… After a significant hiatus, ReflectOnThis.com is back – and with a passion!
Hard Work Pays Off
It took me well over a month to research, tweak, design, and relaunch this brand new website. I hope you like it! Amazingly, yes, I did it myself. It’s based off of a child theme of the Genesis Framework (which I highly recommend!). In order to get it to the point you now see, I did countless hours of reading, made almost-never-ending coding revisions and tweaks, and set up a system whereby I can make things flow. Please do let me know what you think below. I would love to hear from you!
New Site, New Vision
This new beginning will also see some major changes in the vision, philosophy, and approach of the Reflect On This blog. You can read more about it here. In a nutshell, this blog is open to anyone and everyone that wants to benefit from its content. It’s for people of all walks of life, regardless of background, culture, ethnicity, creed, philosophy, or religion (or lack thereof!). In addition, your active, and respectful, participation is very welcomed and much appreciated.
Reflect On This Comes in 5 Flavors
The new and improved Reflect On This blog’s content will be categorized into 5 main categories, upon which you can duly Reflect On. These 5 categories will be populated more completely over the next few weeks and months (and especially when we get some more writers on board, but more on that below):
- Announcements — important news from Reflect On This.
- Health & Well-Being — how to feel more alive and live healthier.
- Life & Living — reflections on relationships, daily life, languages, culture, and much more.
- Reviews — reviews of books, products, and services that can and do make a difference in our lives.
- Spirituality — reflections on the soul, insights on attaining inner-beauty and peace, tips and techniques for meditation, and more.
We’re Looking for Writers

Well, that’s all for now my friends. Please do have a look around. Make some comments. Engage with the content. There will be much more to come in the following weeks and months! Stay tuned, keep visiting, and spread the word! (Feel free to “Like” or “Tweet” this post with the links below…)
